Description

Deliciously seasoned bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 4 pounds bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • ½ tablespoon adobo seasoning
  • ½ tablespoon dried parsley flakes
  • ½ tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ tablespoon smoked paprika
  • ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Clean and trim the chicken thighs, patting them dry.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, adobo seasoning, dried parsley flakes, dried thyme, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and black pepper.
  3. Place chicken in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and toss with the seasoning mix until evenly coated.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  5. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C). Arrange the marinated chicken in a baking dish and bake for 45-55 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Broil for an additional 5 minutes if desired.
  6. For air fryer method, preheat to 390°F (199°C), place chicken skin-side down, and air fry for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
