Delicious Hawaiian roll sliders loaded with ground beef and melted provolone cheese.

- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 8 oz sliced provolone cheese
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp butter (for sautéing onions)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and add sliced onions. Sauté until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes).
- Add ground beef to the skillet with onions. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Slice Hawaiian rolls in half without separating them completely. Layer the bottom half in the prepared baking dish.
- Evenly distribute the beef mixture over the rolls followed by slices of provolone cheese.
- Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese layer and brush melted butter on top.
- Bake for about 15 minutes until cheese is melted and rolls are golden brown.
