Description

Ingredients

  • 500 grams boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 250 grams ricotta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • to taste pepper
  • optional Italian seasoning or red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the chicken. Season with salt, pepper, and optional spices.
  3. Cook the chicken until browned and cooked through.
