- 500 grams boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 250 grams ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

- optional Italian seasoning or red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the chicken. Season with salt, pepper, and optional spices.
- Cook the chicken until browned and cooked through.
- In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese with the cooked chicken and drained pasta.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
