- 1 cup chicken broth (Used in sauce)
- 1/2 cup diced green onions (For garnish)
- Salt and pepper (To taste)
Instructions
- Season the chicken tenders with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, and chicken broth. Mix until well blended and creamy.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the seasoned chicken tenders and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Pour the creamy sauce mixture over the cooked chicken in the skillet. Stir well to coat the tenders and let the sauce simmer for about 6-8 minutes.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top and cover the skillet until the cheese has melted, about 3-5 minutes.
- Remove from heat, garnish with fresh green onions, and serve warm.
