A delicious and nutritious smoothie packed with blueberries and oats.
Ingredients

- 1 cup oats or gluten free oats
- 2 cups nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Add in the oats to the blender and grind into a dust texture.
- Add in the remaining ingredients and blend well to make a smoothie.
- Pour and serve.
Notes
- This smoothie can be made gluten-free by using certified gluten-free oats.
- Add more honey if a sweeter taste is desired.
