Description

A delicious and nutritious smoothie packed with blueberries and oats.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup oats or gluten free oats
  • 2 cups nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Add in the oats to the blender and grind into a dust texture.
  2. Add in the remaining ingredients and blend well to make a smoothie.
  3. Pour and serve.

Notes

  • This smoothie can be made gluten-free by using certified gluten-free oats.
