Ingredients
Scale
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 pounds chicken breasts (boneless skinless)
Instructions
- In a large freezer bag, add the lemon juice, soy sauce, ginger, salt, and pepper and shake to mix.
- Add the chicken breasts to the bag, shake, and let marinate in the fridge for 2-24 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Spray a 9″ x 13″ baking dish with nonstick cooking spray, then remove the chicken breasts from the marinade and place them in the baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-35 minutes, depending on how thick the chicken breasts are. The chicken is done when the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Remove from the oven and spoon the juices over the chicken breasts. Place under the broiler for 3-5 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown.
- Let rest for about 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
