- 8 ounces fettuccine or spaghetti pasta
- 1 pound skinless, boneless salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 lemon (zested and juiced)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh dill or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta: Boil salted water and cook fettuccine or spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare salmon: Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Cook salmon: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook salmon for about 4-5 minutes per side until flaky. Remove from skillet.
- Make sauce: In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream, lemon zest, and juice; simmer for about 2 minutes.
- Combine: Flake salmon into bite-size pieces and add it along with Parmesan cheese to the sauce. Toss in cooked pasta until well coated.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh dill or parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

- You can substitute fettuccine with spaghetti if preferred.
