Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 cup corn (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup vegan cheese (optional)
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the pizza crust package instructions.
  2. Spread the refried beans evenly over the pizza crust.
  3. Sprinkle taco seasoning over the beans.
  4. Top with corn, diced tomatoes, and vegan cheese, if using.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from the oven and top with lettuce, avocado, black olives, and red onion.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro before slicing and serving.
