- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 cup corn (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup vegan cheese (optional)
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to the pizza crust package instructions.
- Spread the refried beans evenly over the pizza crust.
- Sprinkle taco seasoning over the beans.
- Top with corn, diced tomatoes, and vegan cheese, if using.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and top with lettuce, avocado, black olives, and red onion.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before slicing and serving.
