- 24 pitted Medjool dates
- 12–24 mini salted pretzel twists
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups dark chocolate chips, melted
- to taste flaked sea salt
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Split the dates open and arrange them into a rectangle on the sheet, slightly overlapping so they all touch.
- Arrange the pretzels evenly over the dates.
- Drizzle or spoon the peanut butter on top.
- Transfer to the freezer while you melt the chocolate.
- Melt the chocolate chips, then drizzle over the top.
- Use a spoon to spread the chocolate so everything is evenly coated.
- Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
- Freeze for 20 minutes, or until set.
- Break into pieces and enjoy!
- Store in the freezer or refrigerator.
