Description
Stuffed celery sticks with cream cheese and ranch seasoning make for a tasty appetizer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 6 stalks celery
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
Instructions
- Wash and trim the celery, then cut into 3-inch pieces. Pat the sticks dry with a paper towel to help the filling stick.
- In a small bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, mayo, and ranch seasoning until the cheese mixture is smooth. (I use an electric hand mixer but you can just stir as well.)
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture into each celery stick to stuff the celery.
- Garnish with a little dried or fresh dill, paprika or black pepper to taste.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving if desired.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider using fresh herbs for garnishing.
- This recipe is perfect for parties or as a quick snack.
