Description

A delicious and creamy shrimp dip perfect for serving with chips and veggies.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened to room temperature)
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayo
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp (chopped)
  • 1 green onion (sliced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ¼ cup hot sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350˚F.
  2. Lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish and set aside.
  3. To a large bowl, add cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, mayo, cooked shrimp, green onions, garlic, and hot sauce. Stir until fully combined.
  4. Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly.
  6. Garnish with cooked shrimp and green onions.
  7. Serve with chips and crunchy veggies.

Notes

  • For a spicier dip, increase the amount of hot sauce to taste.
