Instructions

- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold this into the cream cheese mixture.
- Assemble the Dessert:
- In serving glasses, layer the cheesecake mixture.
- Drizzle raspberry sauce on top and use a skewer or knife to swirl lightly.
- Repeat layers if desired for a layered effect.
- Chill:
- Refrigerate the dessert for at least 2 hours to set.
- Garnish:
- Top with whipped cream and fresh raspberries before serving.
