Description

These delicious pumpkin Nutella brownies are rich, fudgy, and have a delightful swirl of cream cheese and pumpkin.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box brownie mix (18 ounces)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2/3 cup canola oil
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 2/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Prepare a 9×13 baking pan by spraying with cooking oil.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, add brownie mix, milk, eggs, and oil and stir until well combined and the batter is smooth.
  4. Stir in Nutella until well incorporated.
  5. Pour brownie mix into prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  6. In a small separate bowl, combine softened cream cheese, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves; stir together until smooth and creamy. (Small tiny bits are okay; just not big cream cheese chunks.)
  7. Once the mixture is ready, add spoonfuls (approximately 8) randomly in the pan, about 2 inches apart.
  8. Take a dinner knife and swirl the pumpkin batter into the brownie batter. Don’t over swirl, it will just combine the two and you won’t have that beautiful swirl.
  9. Place in oven and bake for 35-40 minutes.
  10. Remove from oven. Cool & devour!

Notes

  • For best results, don’t overmix the cream cheese and pumpkin mixture.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
