Description
A fresh and zesty lemon oregano dressing perfect for salads.
Ingredients
Scale
- 6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (about 3–4 lemons)
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1–1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
- 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and whisk together using a wire whisk.
- Alternatively, add the ingredients to a mason jar, seal the lid well, and shake vigorously to blend the ingredients.
- You can also add the ingredients to a wide mouth mason jar and use a stick blender (immersion blender) to quickly blend the ingredients together.
- Store the dressing in a mason jar or an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- If properly stored, it should last up to 5 days.
