Description

A fresh and zesty lemon oregano dressing perfect for salads.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (about 34 lemons)
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 11/2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
  • 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and whisk together using a wire whisk.
  2. Alternatively, add the ingredients to a mason jar, seal the lid well, and shake vigorously to blend the ingredients.
  3. You can also add the ingredients to a wide mouth mason jar and use a stick blender (immersion blender) to quickly blend the ingredients together.
  4. Store the dressing in a mason jar or an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  5. If properly stored, it should last up to 5 days.
