- 2 tbsp coconut cream (thick)
- 1–2 tbsp blackberry syrup (homemade or store-bought)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract (pure)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Prepare Your Glass: Start by filling a tall glass with ice cubes. Make sure to leave some space at the top for the delicious soda and coconut cream mixture.
- Pour the Dr Pepper: Take your cold Dr Pepper and pour it over the ice until the glass is about ¾ full.
- Add the Blackberry Syrup: Drizzle in 1-2 tablespoons of blackberry syrup.
- Mix the Coconut Cream: In a small cup, combine 2 tablespoons of thick coconut cream with ½ teaspoon of pure vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Float the Coconut Cream: Slowly pour the coconut cream mixture over the soda. The cream should float on top.
- Stir and Enjoy: Give your drink a gentle stir with a straw or spoon to mix the flavors together. Now, take a sip and enjoy.
