Description
This delightful lime raspberry cream is a refreshing dessert perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 5 tablespoons fresh-squeezed lime juice
- Zest of 1–2 limes
- Fresh raspberries
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, bring the cream and sugar to a boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar.
- Continue to boil for 5 minutes – WATCH CLOSELY SO THE CREAM DOES NOT BOIL OVER.
- Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the lime juice.
- Allow to cool for 15 minutes.
- Evenly divide the mixture between 4 serving containers.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
- To serve, garnish with lime zest and a few fresh raspberries.
Notes
- Keep an eye on the cream while boiling to prevent it from overflowing.
- Adjust sweetness by varying the amount of sugar.
