Description

Deliciously marinated gluten-free chicken thighs grilled to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Gluten-Free Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp Gluten Free Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 Garlic Clove (Crushed)
  • 8 Boneless (Skinless Chicken Thighs

Instructions

  1. Add the defrosted chicken thighs to a large Ziploc bag.
  2. Add in the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, ground ginger, and garlic.
  3. Seal the bag and coat the chicken well.
  4. Let this sit and soak for at least 2 hours or all day, the longer, the better.
  5. When ready to cook, warm up the pellet grill to 350°F.
  6. Place the chicken thighs on the grill and cook for about 15 minutes.
  7. Flip them and cook an additional 15-20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F.
  8. Rest for 5 minutes and serve.
  9. If you want to smoke the chicken thighs, heat the grill to 275°F and cook the chicken for 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F.

Notes

  • For best results, marinate the chicken overnight.
  • Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature for doneness.
