- 1 cup whole milk, warmed
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp milk or water (adjust based on desired thickness)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk with yeast and let rise again for about 30 minutes.
- Mix in the melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Gradually add the flour, cinnamon, and salt, mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth.
- Let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size (approximately 1 hour).
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake for approximately 35 minutes or until golden brown.
- In the meantime, prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar with milk or water to achieve the desired thickness.
- Drizzle with the glaze once the bread has cooled slightly.
