- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1–2 Fresh Jalapeños (diced)
- 1/4 cup Green Onions (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an oven-safe baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Gently fold in shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, and chopped green onions.
- Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and slightly golden on top.
- Let cool slightly before serving with tortilla chips or veggie sticks.
