Description

A delicious and healthy ground chicken loaf packed with flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound extra lean ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup shredded horseradish cheddar cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup baby spinach (rinsed and chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350º F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, form into a loaf shape; then put in an oven safe baking dish.
  3. Place in the oven for 45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 180º F when a meat thermometer is inserted into the center.
