Description
Delicious and healthy frozen yogurt banana bites made with creamy Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and drizzled with dark chocolate.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 Banana (ripe)
- 1 cup Plain Greek yogurt (vanilla also works)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup Peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
- 1/4 cup Peanuts (chopped, optional)
- 1/2 cup Dark chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon Coconut oil
Instructions
- Slice your banana up real thin; small rounds work best for bite-size yumminess.
- Mix your plain Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and peanut butter in a bowl till it’s smooth and creamy.
- If you’re goin’ with peanuts, fold ’em gently into the yogurt mixture so they’re evenly spread.
- Spoon the yogurt mix onto each banana slice, covering ’em nicely but don’t be stingy.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place your yogurt-covered banana slices right on it.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together. Use a microwave-safe bowl and heat in short bursts, stirring often till smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over each yogurt bite, making sure they look all pretty and chocolatey.
- Put the tray in the freezer for at least two hours till they’re solid and ready to enjoy. Perfect frozen bites!
