Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

- Stir in cooked rice and soy sauce; season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for 2-3 more minutes until heated through, then serve.
