Description

Delicious bunny-shaped pancakes topped with fresh fruit and whipped cream.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk (or non-dairy alternative)
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup whipped cream (for serving)
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, combine the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or cooking spray.
  5. Pour the pancake batter into the skillet, spreading it out to form a bunny shape.
  6. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then carefully flip and cook for another 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Once the pancake is cooked, remove it from the skillet and place it on a serving platter.
  8. Decorate the pancake with sliced strawberries and blueberries to create the bunny’s face and ears.
  9. Top with whipped cream and dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

  • For a non-dairy version, use almond or oat milk.
  • Feel free to add more fruit toppings based on your preference.
