Description
Delicious vegetarian sausage rolls wrapped in flaky puff pastry. Perfect as an appetizer or snack!

- 1 package (14 oz) vegetarian sausages
- 1 sheet (17 oz) frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 2 tbsp mustard or ketchup (to serve)
- 1 egg mixed with 1 tbsp water (for egg wash, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Unroll the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into rectangles large enough to wrap around each sausage.
- Place a vegetarian sausage at one end of each rectangle and roll tightly, sealing edges well.
- Brush each wrapped sausage with the egg wash for a golden finish.
- Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving with your choice of dipping sauce.
