- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- ½ cup sour cream
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping fresh toppings like lettuce and tomatoes.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Stir in onion powder and garlic powder.
- Place a tortilla in the skillet, add a scoop of beef and sprinkle cheese on top, then cover with another tortilla.
- Fry until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.
- Remove from heat, let cool slightly, slice into wedges, and serve with toppings.
