  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Prepare the Corn: Remove the husks and silks from the corn. Brush the corn with melted butter to ensure even grilling.
  3. Grill the Corn: Place the corn on the grill. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is tender and has char marks.
  4. Prepare the Creamy Parmesan Sauce: In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly. Add the grated Parmesan cheese gradually, allowing it to melt into a smooth sauce. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
