Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 box cornbread mix (like Jiffy)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 large eggs (optional)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Stir in the whole kernel corn and creamed corn.
  4. Add the cornbread mix and mix just until combined. Do not overmix.

  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
