- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Stir in the melted butter.
- Mix in the baking soda and salt.
- Add the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in the all-purpose flour gently until just incorporated.
- Pour the batter into the bread machine pan and set it to the quick bread setting.
- Start the machine and let it bake.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
- Slice and serve.
