Instructions
- Bring butter to room temperature until soft but not melted.
- Finely chop the dried cranberries for even distribution.
- In a mixing bowl, whip the softened butter using a hand or stand mixer until light and fluffy (about 2–3 minutes).
- Add honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Beat again until fully combined.
- Fold in the chopped cranberries gently with a rubber spatula.
- Add optional flavorings like cinnamon or orange zest if desired, and mix lightly.
- Transfer the mixture into jars or ramekins. Smooth the tops and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Serve chilled or slightly softened with breads, pancakes, muffins, or roasted vegetables.
