  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix until combined.
  3. Fold in whipped cream until light and fluffy.
  4. Spread the filling evenly into the prepared crust.
  5. Arrange strawberries over the filling.
  6. Heat heavy cream until simmering; pour over chocolate chips and let sit 2 minutes.
  7. Stir until smooth ganache forms.
  8. Pour ganache over strawberries, covering fully.
  9. Refrigerate at least 3 hours, or until set.
  10. Slice and serve chilled.
