- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks
- 1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix until combined.
- Fold in whipped cream until light and fluffy.
- Spread the filling evenly into the prepared crust.
- Arrange strawberries over the filling.
- Heat heavy cream until simmering; pour over chocolate chips and let sit 2 minutes.
- Stir until smooth ganache forms.
- Pour ganache over strawberries, covering fully.
- Refrigerate at least 3 hours, or until set.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
- Make sure to use ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
- Allow the tart to chill for longer for a firmer filling.
