A delicious and healthy chocolate berry parfait perfect for breakfast or dessert.
Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats (Old-fashioned)
- 1 cup chopped nuts (Almonds or walnuts)
- 1/2 cup honey (Or maple syrup)
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder (Unsweetened)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups mixed berries (Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 cups Greek yogurt (Plain or flavored)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped nuts, honey, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet in an even layer.
- Bake for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the clusters are crispy. Remove from the oven and let cool.
- In serving bowls, add a layer of Greek yogurt.
- Top with a generous handful of mixed berries.
- Sprinkle the chocolate clusters on top.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- This parfait can be made ahead of time; however, the clusters are best crispy when served fresh.
- Feel free to substitute the berries based on your preference or seasonal availability.
