Description

These Brie and Cranberry Puff Pastry Bites are a delightful appetizer perfect for any gathering!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 6 oz Brie cheese
  • 1/3 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 2-inch squares. Press each square into a mini muffin well.
  3. Cut Brie into 1/2-inch cubes and place one cube into each pastry square.
  4. Spoon 1/2 teaspoon of cranberry sauce over the cheese in each cup.
  5. Sprinkle each with a small amount of chopped walnuts, pressing gently.
  6. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and puffed.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Garnish with a small rosemary sprig if desired. Serve warm or at room temperature.
