- 2 Avocados, cut in half and seasoned with salt/pepper and a squeeze of lime juice to prevent browning
- 1 cup cucumber slices
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 8 oz sliced chicken
- 1 cup walnuts
Instructions

- Use within 3 days. However, wait to cut the avocado until the day of use. You can prep everything else beforehand.
